Once the permit is issued, we monitor the facility’s activities to remain in compliance with permit conditions for the life of the facility, until permit termination. During this phase, our staff provide the required routine inspections and sample collections, coordinate with laboratories and agencies, and provide guidance to avoid delays and permit violations.
