By including routines to account for groundwater flux, overbank flow, and the effects of aquitards to more accurately mimic in-situ conditions, Wetbud has set a new standard in water budget modeling.
This cooperative effort between WSSI, Virginia Tech, Old Dominion University, and the University of Kentucky is supported by funding through the non-profit Resource Protection Group, Inc., a 501(c)(3) organization established by WSSI’s founder, Mike Rolband, in 2012.
